It accepts upto 4 Cisco SPAs, which include ATM, CEoP, SONET/SDH (POS), BITS clocking support and WAN/MAN connectivity. Cisco 7600 SIP-400 is superbly packaged with high end features, consistent performance and with improved expandability with multiple options for WAN aggregation and connectivity in the SPA/SIP product range. Cisco 7600 SIP-400 is the best; it supports high layer applications and enables video, voice, security and data services in an end to end network on the same platform. The old ATM infrastructure is migrated to a much simpler CEoP to execute streamlined ATM operations which is expandable and cost effective. It has a superior scalable layer which can scale upto 10 Gigabit Ethernet from 10 Megabit Ethernet in LAN and WAN environments. In a business critical environment its QoS features have a guarantee bandwidth and makes adjustments according to the traffic flow. One of the striking advantages is the decrease of platforms, concurrence of simple network design, reduction in rack space and nullifying the hassles of training if it is various platforms. Due to this the CapEx and operational costs are controlled and reduced to a greater extent.
