Registering for PrimeSupportPro gives you easy access to expert help for any technical questions about your Sony Professional Product, by phone or by email.

Depending on your product, Helpdesk support is free for the first two or even three years after purchase "“ and extending your cover after this initial period is no problem.

That's just the start. There's a complete family of four PrimeSupport package options, giving you all the help you need to stay up and running.
