The factory warranty of the CSH2 is 3 years, with the APC service pack (WBEXTWAR3YR-SP-04) this is extended by 3 years to 6 years.

APC Smart-UPS Charge Mobile Battery is a lithium-ion battery system designed to power Microsoft Surface Hub 2S and Surface Hub 3 on-the-go, so you stay connected regardless of the location.
