Under QNAP "Advanced Replacement" service, you can request a replacement NAS before sending the original in, and have it shipped within 72 hours, keeping your downtime to a minimum. With "Advanced Replacement + On-site Support", in addition to having access to our "Advanced Replacement Service", our expert tech support professionals will be at your disposal, coming to you within one business day of your request, to ensure that your NAS is functioning optimally.
